Little Creatures Hobbit Ever Living in Indonesia?

Hobbit much told as a fictional creature in the story Lord of the Ring. Nation Hobbit illustrated short stature and height is only half human. They tend to have pointy ears, like Elf or Dwarf.

"The little creature measuring 3 feet tall and 6 inches or approximately 100cm, very much like the portrayal of Hobbit. Physical people with little of Flores is not a diseased modern human," said Caley Orr, a researcher from the department of anatomy Midwestern University, USA, to DiscoveryNews.
The researchers found the fossil bones are associated with the new phenomenon of Hobbit (Homo Floriensis). Along with other new findings will help to reveal what kind of physical creatures, how they behave and their origins.

The new findings as described in the Journal of Human Evolution is wrist bones found in pengggalian on Flores Island, Indonesia.

From excavations it was discovered that the bones are identical as the physical characteristics of the Hobbit. The researchers dispute the claim that the Hobbit was never there.

Orr said that they are similar to humans in many ways. For example, they walk on two legs, has small teeth and live like cavemen in the ancient times. Stone tools and evidence of use of fire found in the cave also confirmed it.

But he also pointed out the differences between the Hobbit and humans. Hobbit has arms longer than their legs, such as the structure of the body of an ape.

According to Orr, they do not have a jaw bone, so they are more oval-shaped face. Sloping forehead. Small brain size, thus placing the IQ level of their intelligence as chimpanzees.

Orr said the Hobbit probably was Homo Erectus populations stranded on the island of Indonesia and become stunted from time to time. He also said that sometimes the phenomenon occurs in animals that adapt to the environment on a smaller island.

Homo Erectus problem is more modern than the Hobbit, so the researchers are still looking for more clues.

"The fossil least provide clearer evidence that the Hobbit or Homo floresiensis was not a diseased modern human," said Tracy Kivell, an anatomy expert from the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Anthropology.

"Instead it is clearly unique creatures and very interesting," he concluded.
